Natalie confronts Orsi because Orsi is cheating on her. When Orsi denies the accusation, Natalie shoots her several times in the belly and leaves her to die. In pain, Orsi tries to finish the job, but stabbing herself only adds to the pain. Natalie returns and finishes the job with a well placed jab to the solar plexus with a screwdriver. It’s a long, slow, bloody death for Orsi.
